Urgent Air Concord

Urgent Air is a licensed and insured HVAC company based in Concord, North Carolina. We provide residential and light commercial heating and cooling services, including system repair, maintenance, sales, replacement, and new equipment installation. Our services include diagnosing and repairing air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor air quality systems. We also sell and professionally install complete HVAC systems and related equipment. Services are performed in person at the customer’s property. Payment is collected after service completion unless otherwise agreed. Installation projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion. All customers receive an invoice outlining services and charges. Completed service work is non-refundable. Deposits for installations may be refundable if cancellation occurs before equipment is ordered. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment, and labor warranties.
